Rooted in spiritual study and personal design — and informed by my training as a Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master, certified through the ICRT — my approach blends energetic awareness with grounded conversation and practical integration.

Reiki
Energy work to quiet the noise and bring you back into your body. Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® is a gentle, hands-off practice that supports nervous system regulation, deep rest, and recalibration. You don't need any experience, and you don't have to do anything — your only job is to receive. Sessions are held with intention and without rush. Come as you are.
Distance Reiki A session held virtually, wherever you are. We begin with a few moments of grounding, then I hold the energetic work while you rest. Choose the length that fits what you're carrying. 30 mins/$120 or 60 mins/$222
In-Person Reiki Hands-on energy work, held in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. Travel beyond the SF Bay Area is added to the session. Starting at $250
